Job summary

Ravenwood Health is hiring Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) Therapists to join our expanding program. This full-time role focuses on rapid mobile response and stabilization for youth and families, delivering face-to-face support in homes, schools, or community settings.

The MRSS Therapist will assess safety, coordinate care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment goals while ensuring compassionate, ethical care across settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Current licensure (CT, SWT, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) in Ohio.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical treatment to clients in need of crisis stabilization.
• Assess and manage safety and risk on an ongoing basis and adjust level of care accordingly.
• Support program development through community partnerships and trainings.
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation within agency timeframes.
• Manage case data through MRSS Data Management System.
• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical/administrative team meetings.
• Provide initial and follow-up crisis response within scope of practice.
• Readiness to respond to clients in office and community settings.
• Collaborate with MRSS and ES teams to achieve treatment goals.

Skills

Bachelors degree in Counseling or S.W.

Background check clearance

Valid driver's license

Education
