Job summary

CarePoint Response in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Therapist for our Mobile Response team. You will perform on-scene assessments, provide crisis intervention, and work with a multidisciplinary group to stabilize clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology (MA or MS).
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Current LCPC or LCSW licensure in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis and behavior stabilization services.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments during crises.
• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation with the team.
• Coordinate transportation to emergency rooms, shelters, or clinics.
• Refer individuals to outpatient facilities as appropriate.
• Offer short-term, evidence-based counseling to clients and families.
