Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Responder Team Lead to manage mobile crisis teams across residential, school, workplace and community settings. You will coordinate services, supervise staff, and ensure timely PCP implementation and documentation.

The role requires licensure or qualified professional status, strong supervision skills, and a commitment to person-centered plans. On-call duties rotate 24/7 to support consumers in crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in human services or related field.
• Knowledge of EMR and service coordination practice.
• Valid professional licensure or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor services per each person's plan.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality service delivery.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and first response resources.
• Document services with required notes and signatures.
• Complete service authorizations and ensure approvals are in place.
