Job summary

Pressley Ridge seeks a Mobile Crisis Professional to collaborate with families and communities, providing individualized, strengths-based supports for children and their families in high-demand settings.

The role requires local travel, non-traditional scheduling, and alignment with program standards. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, with preference for a master’s in Human Services, plus relevant clearances and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and others in home and community to address needs of designated children and families.
• Assessment: gather and understand current and past psychosocial histories.
• Use diagnostic tools to inform treatment plans.
• Assess risk factors related to safety and well-being of all family members.
• Provide clinical direction to meet the needs of the child and family.
• Plan and lead treatment team meetings to create treatment plans/ISP.
• Develop goals, objectives and time frames for each child and family; create crisis plans.
• Deliver services outlined in the plan; monitor progress; advocate for families.
• Evaluate and adjust goals as necessary; provide crisis-support.
• Maintain professional relationships with families, stakeholders, team members and supervisors.
• Comply with program standards and licensing requirements; complete paperwork timely.
• Participate in supervision and trainings for ongoing professional growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
