Santé Group Companies seeks a dedicated Family Peer Support Specialist to join our frontline MRSS team in Cambridge, MD. You will work with a clinician to provide immediate crisis stabilization for youth and caregivers in the community, coordinating with partners to ensure continuity of care.

As part of a two-person team, you will promote health, self-direction, and skill development, helping set goals for long-term stabilization and connecting families to resources and networks.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of lived experience caring for a child.
• CPRS certification.
• 3 years of lived experience caring for a child with behavioral or mental health needs.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Partner with a clinician to respond to community-based crisis calls involving youth and caregivers.
• Promote health, self-direction, and skill development for youth and families.
• Support the development of individualized goals focused on long-term stabilization.
• Education on resources: community services, peer support programs, and support networks.
