Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician to deliver immediate, person-centered crisis intervention for individuals in behavioral health distress. The role involves assessing needs, de-escalating crises, and connecting clients with care across multiple counties in a hybrid work setting.

The position requires trauma-informed care, strong clinical instincts, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A valid driver’s license and DSM-V knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of DSM-V is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in person.
• Conduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations.
• Make clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate services.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external community partners.
• Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Document services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standards.
• Participate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Regional travel required; hybrid work environment with office-based shifts.
