Job summary

CarePoint Response, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mobile Response Team Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative supervision to the MRT, overseeing daily operations and crisis response services in Baltimore, MD.

You will mentor clinicians, coordinate staffing, and support hospital diversion efforts while leading an interdisciplinary team dedicated to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care. This role offers growth in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC license required.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure crisis services experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Mobile Response Team clinicians and interns.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage for call-outs; participate in on-call rotation.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training.
• Support hospital diversion initiatives and strengthen referral relationships.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and performance improvement efforts.
