Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
• Crisis or Mobile Crisis Response experience required, supervisory leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative and shared leadership for operational oversight of crisis services.
• Supervise assigned staff, ensuring effective crisis intervention.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and daily operations for 24/7 service.
