RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Qualified Professional/Mobile Crisis Responder to join our Behavioral Health team in North Carolina. The role supports individuals with mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use challenges through mobile crisis management, de-escalation, and linkage to community services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (not Human Services) with 4+ years full-time experience in the population served.
• Bachelor degree (in Human Services) with 2+ years full-time experience.
• Master's degree or higher with 1+ years full-time experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate relationships and act as a link between the company, families, and local agencies.
• Provide supportive counseling to minimize psychiatric or substance-use symptoms.
• Support clients in developing daily living, social, and behavioral skills.
• Participate in a 24/7/365 first-responder on-call system and coordinate resources.
• Perform case management and referrals to connect clients with services.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication and standardize procedures.
• Monitor service utilization to ensure effectiveness and adherence to rules and authorizations.
