RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Qualified Professional / QP / Mobile Crisis Responder for Vance, Granville, and Franklin Counties. This community-based role covers the Henderson, NC area with a hybrid work arrangement and a Fri/Sat/Sun 8pm–8am schedule.

The position focuses on crisis intervention, recovery-oriented supports, and collaboration with families and local agencies. The role requires a HCBS-appropriate degree and crisis experience, with strong emphasis on reducing psychiatric

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of crisis experience with the population served.
• Bachelor’s degree (in Human Services field) & 2+ years full-time experience or Bachelor’s degree (Not Human Services field) & 4+ years full-time experience or Master’s Degree & 1+ years full-time experience.
• License or certification issued by governing board regulating human service profession.
• Pre-employment screening: background, references, and driving records where required.

• Interventions are strength-based and focused on recovery and higher quality of life.
