Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related mental health work experience.
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable vehicle for community-based work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; cultural competence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight and supervision of MCI Counselor staff, including performance reviews and coaching.
  • Monitor service delivery through call reviews and real-time monitoring, maintaining accurate supervision records.
  • Ensure program goals are met in accordance with performance specifications and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with MCI leadership on program initiatives and quality improvement.
  • Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic support, connecting individuals to referrals and services.
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community providers and external partners.
