Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor to provide leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight for Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Teams. You will supervise a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure a rapid, compassionate response to individuals in crisis by managing crisis calls and mobile assessment assignments.

The role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, LICSW or LMHC licensure, and at least 2 years

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience are required.
• Expertise in clinical triage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure rapid, compassionate crisis response.
• Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Monitor phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
• Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
• Provide real-time oversight to ensure shift productivity.
• Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
• Collaborate with Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.
• Model professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with leadership and participate in supervision and QA initiatives.
