PILLARS Community Health is expanding our Mobile Crisis Response team and hiring several Supervisors in Berwyn, IL. This role provides collaborative leadership for 24/7 crisis services across multiple programs, including MCR, After Hours, and 988 initiatives.

This Supervisory position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, licensure eligibility (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT), and experience in crisis settings. Hybrid schedule with on-site work at two Berwyn locations: 6415 Stanley Ave and 6918

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensure LCPC/LCSW/LMFT or related licensure; eligibility within 3–6 months.
• Crisis or Mobile Crisis Response (SASS) required; 590 experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to crisis staff, including hiring, training, planning, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 on-call coverage across Berwyn locations.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training ensuring CareLogic docs and crisis protocols are followed.
