Sound is seeking Mobile Crisis Mental Health Professionals and case managers to provide immediate behavioral health support in Auburn, WA. You will respond in a mobile crisis van, assess crises, implement stabilization strategies, and guide individuals and families to follow-up care.

This role requires collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
• Experience in crisis intervention, case management, trauma-informed care, and other mental health services.

Responsabilités

• Crisis Assessment and Intervention: Respond to crisis situations promptly with comprehensive assessments.
• Crisis Stabilization: Provide immediate therapeutic support to stabilize individuals in crisis.
• Safety Planning: Develop safety plans and refer for follow-up support services.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement, EMS, and community resources.
• Documentation: Maintain confidential records per HIPAA and policies.
