Sound seeks Mobile Crisis Mental Health Professionals to provide immediate on-site crisis support via a mobile van in Redmond, WA. You will assess, intervene, and connect individuals to follow-up services, collaborating with law enforcement, EMS, and community partners.

Role requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and ability to work in high-stress environments. Evening/weekend hours and driving a mobile unit are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Experience collaborating with emergency services and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Respond to behavioral health crises in the community and mobile settings.
• Assess needs, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Develop safety plans and referrals for ongoing treatment.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, EMS, and community resources.
• Document assessments and interventions per HIPAA and policies.
