Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and MDHP/QMHP eligibility. The position requires driving, documentation in EHR, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, addiction studies or related field.
• Must qualify as a MHP or QMHP per Illinois Dept. of Mental Health Rule 132.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and documentation in EHR.

• Motivate and problem-solve with staff on clinical practices.
• Deliver individual, family and group counseling.
• Coordinate lectures and workshops for clients and staff.
• Maintain client service records per rules and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and clinical team meetings.
