$200 per quarter for 30+ pre-hospital.

$1,000 retention bonus every 6 months

$3,000 for bachelors/non-licensed

Job summary

Rosecrance Ware Center in Rockford, IL seeks a MH Clinician for Mobile Crisis Response (2nd shift) to deliver mental health rehab services and reduce crisis episodes. You will work with clients and families to promote recovery in a compassionate, ethical environment.

Requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, eligibility as MHP/QMHP per IL Rule 132, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EHR/documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must qualify as MHP or QMHP per Illinois Mental Health Rule 132.
• Proficiency with documentation and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
• Motivate and problem solve with staff regarding clinical practices.
• Be self-motivated and seek improved performance while addressing complex client needs.
• Adapt verbal and written communication to client and family.
• Complete documentation within prescribed time lines.
• Undertake primary case management for designated clients.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions.
• Maintain client service records per rules and regulations.
• Maintain communications with all staff (admissions, process, discharge).
• Coordinate services from community resources.
• Utilize varied treatment concepts and evidence-based practices.
• Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families and staff.
• Be familiar with court proceedings and attend court as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Serve on Clinical Team and participate in meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Be a positive role model and aid outreach.
• Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
