Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must qualify as a MHP or QMHP per Illinois Rule 132.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Provide mental health rehabilitation services to clients and families to reduce hospitalization and crisis episodes.
• Deliver services in an ethical, legal and therapeutic manner per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate recovery into daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation within required timeframes and in the EHR.
• Participate in on-call rotation and team meetings.
