Rosecrance Crystal Lake is seeking a Mobile Crisis Response Mental Health Clinician for the second shift to provide crisis intervention and family-centered care in McHenry County. Responsibilities include stabilization, case management, and responding to crisis calls within 90 minutes; driving to crisis locations is required.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's is preferred, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling and Guidance, Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, or Family Therapy or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize clients during crises and provide linkage services.
• Conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions.
• Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
