Rosecrance Crystal Lake is seeking an Engagement Specialist to provide outreach and engagement services for the Community Population of Focus, delivering crisis solutions in a compassionate, ethical environment. You will participate in planning, evaluation, and collaboration with clinical teams to improve access to behavioral health services.

Key duties include mobile crisis response, client advocacy, documentation, and cross‑team coordination. Overtime and on‑call coverage may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED
• Must hold a DMH RSA designation (RSA)
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Willingness to pursue CRSS credential where eligible
• Overtime may be required
• Experience with crisis services and community resources is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide outreach and engagement services to the Population of Focus.
• Deliver mobile crisis response in the community.
• Coordinate transportation for clients to Rosecrance facilities.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
• Support CRSS credentialing and training.
• Participate in statewide events and trainings as applicable.
