Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Clinician to join the CBHC team. The role involves on-site and mobile crisis intervention for individuals with mental health or substance use challenges, with a strong emphasis on rapid response, assessment, and safe, recovery-oriented planning.

The position supports 24/7 coverage, includes orientation and licensure track hours, and offers CEU opportunities as part of Riverside’s robust staff development and benefits program.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Two years' experience in mental health preferred.
• Experience with mobile crisis services for youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention on-site and in the community.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for crisis planning and follow-up.
• Liaise between the MCI team and community providers for continuity of care.
