Job summary

Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks a Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician to deliver rapid, short-term clinical responses to adults, youth, and families in the community.

The role aims to prevent hospitalization and stabilize crises, requiring a Master’s degree in a clinical field, licensure eligibility (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC-I), and at least one year of experience. The position includes overnight shifts, weekend coverage, travel across catchment areas, and collaboration with teams to provide

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other licensure-eligible clinical program.
• Must have minimum of one year experience working with adults and/or children and families in a clinical role.
• Knowledge of wraparound services and crisis intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site, face-to-face therapeutic crisis intervention.
• Deliver brief solution-focused interventions and assess current level of need.
• Engage in safety planning and post-crisis follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with families and providers to arrange referrals and resources.
