Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and co-occurring issues is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience or training in crisis intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls in the community and provide crisis intervention.
• Develop crisis plans to support individuals as needed.
• Provide follow-up contacts for individuals engaged with emergency services.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, dispatch, and county partners to improve response.
• Act as a liaison to connect individuals with community resources.
• Maintain trauma-informed, person-centered, zero-suicide approaches.
