Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field with Junior or Senior standing.

Responsibilities

• Answering crisis line calls and escalating high-risk calls to crisis staff.
• Greet and welcome program participants and visitors in a trauma-informed, respectful manner.
• Shadow crisis staff during crisis assessments to learn procedures and documentation practices.
• Complete follow up calls with clients and document interactions in the EHR system.
• Participate in team meetings and program training as needed.
