Job summary

Elevate, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Coordinator to supervise its Crisis Service Programs in Sheboygan County, including Mobile Crisis, Walk-In Crisis Services, and the Co-responder Program.

The role partners with the Crisis Services Program Manager and local law enforcement to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care. The position reports to the Crisis Services leadership team, with responsibilities spanning supervision, program operations, scheduling, on-call support, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred, but willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to crisis staff, including mobile crisis and co-responder team members.
• Oversee daily program operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and time-off approvals to ensure coverage across all shifts.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide leadership during high-risk or complex situations.
• Support staff in the field with crisis response and guidance on assessments and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with WI Chapter 34 standards, policies, and county requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and staff development to meet credentialing standards.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor data on response times, utilization, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners to improve coordination.
