Job summary

Elevate, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Coordinator in Sheboygan to supervise mobile and walk-in crisis services and the co-responder program. You will work with law enforcement and county health services, leading a team to deliver high-quality crisis support.

The role requires overseeing operations, scheduling, and on-call coverage, with a focus on impactful community partnerships and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in crisis services or related field.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention or crisis service delivery strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in technology, data tracking, and program evaluation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to crisis staff.
• Oversee daily program operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and time-off approvals.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide leadership support during high-risk situations.
• Support onboarding, training, and staff development to ensure credentialing.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure timely documentation.
