Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) is seeking a Co Response Clinician to deliver community-based crisis intervention in partnership with law enforcement, supporting youth and adults in urgent behavioral health needs across Western Massachusetts.

The role is largely onsite in Springfield with mobile dispatch readiness, includes completing all documentation by end of shift, and requires a Master's in related field, licensure or eligibility, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• 1+ years of experience in crisis intervention, mobile crisis or community mental health setting is preferred.
• Licensed - LICSW, LCSW or licensed eligible - LMHC is preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to conduct rapid clinical assessments and respond calmly in high-stress situations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures timely shift engagement and consistent readiness for mobile dispatch.
• Maintains full understanding and compliance with daily shift expectations.
• Conducts comprehensive, face-to-face, community-based clinical risk and stabilization.
• Works collaboratively with law enforcement, EMS, existing providers, and support networks.
• Engages with collateral contacts and consults with on-call supervisor regarding disposition.
• Enters information into the DMH Jail Diversion Program (JDP) state database, as appropriate.
• Creates paperwork related to services that is high quality and timely.
• All documentation must be completed by the end of shift on the day of the service.

Formação académica

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
