CHD Center for Human Development is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician who is licensed eligible to join our CBHC program in Chicopee, MA. This role supports adults and youth in 24/7 crisis services, including on-site and telehealth assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning to appropriate levels of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s in mental health counseling or social work or related field.
• Licensed eligible and must pursue licensure in good standing.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; able to use an electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Engage on-site or via telehealth with clients in behavioral health crisis.
• Establish crisis assessments, coordinate care, and plan discharge to appropriate levels.
• Maintain client safety and collaborate with family and community supports.
• Apply treatment methods appropriate to diagnosis and accepted standards.
• Attend meetings and supervision; uphold CHD mission and values.
