Job summary

SpectraCare in Dothan, AL seeks a Case Manager for the Mobile Crisis Team to provide community-based case management and crisis support. You will develop care plans, coordinate across services, and document care while traveling in the community.

The role requires weekend shift coverage and holiday work as needed. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and willingness to complete Case Management training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Willing to complete Case Management training upon hire.
• Prior case management/mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide case management services via Mobile Crisis Team.
• Develop and implement individualized case management service plans.
• Maintain and update case records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with community partners and agencies to link clients to resources.
• Travel within catchment areas as required; work Saturdays/Sundays 7am–3pm.
