Job summary

SpectraCare Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for the Mobile Crisis Team in Dothan, AL. The role involves coordinating case management services for individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders in the community and at the Crisis Stabilization Unit.

You will link clients to resources, maintain records, and collaborate with law enforcement and community partners. Travel is required, and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of psychiatric and substance use disorders in adults.
• Ability to design and implement individualized case management plans.
• Ability to work with community partners and coordinate resources.
• Familiarity with regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and documentation standards.
• Must be able to travel within catchment areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide case management services via Mobile Crisis Team.
• Perform administrative functions to support caseload and record-keeping.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans.
• Represent the needs of persons with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain accurate recipient records per SpectraCare policies and regulations.
• Attend to duties in a fast-paced, crisis-oriented environment.
