Job summary

SpectraCare in Dothan, AL seeks a Therapist for the Mobile Crisis Team. The role provides therapeutic services in the Crisis Stabilization Unit and community settings, with travel as required. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm, at the Crisis Center in Dothan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in substance use/mental health settings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy per unit needs.
• Perform crisis intervention and referral coordination for CSU clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in EMR system.
