Job summary

Integrated Family Services, PLLC is seeking a Call Center Specialist for mobile crisis management in North Carolina. The role focuses on screening, triage, and referral to clinically appropriate services, with duties in crisis response, stabilization, and prevention.

The specialist will handle telephonic and chat assessments, coordinate dispatch of mobile crisis teams, maintain records, and support clinical operations ensuring adherence to state standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service field with 1 year post-grad mh/dd/sa experience, or a bachelor's with 4 years post-bachelor mh/dd/sa experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients in crisis involving mental health, developmental disability or substance abuse.
• Identify natural supports or resources to stabilize crises.
• Ensure client safety and community safety.
• Network with community agencies for coordinated care.
• Maintain electronic health records meeting Medicaid/agency standards.
• Operate crisis lines and chats; dispatch mobile crisis workers.
• Provide crisis response and referrals.
• Facilitate monthly supervision for mobile crisis team.
• Attend staff and training events.
• Complete administrative documentation promptly.
• Liaise between Call Center and Mobile Crisis Workers.
