Integrated Family Services, PLLC in North Carolina seeks a Mobile Crisis Worker On-Call to provide crisis response, stabilization, and related supports. You'll perform immediate evaluation, triage, and connect clients to acute mental health and substance use services, aiming to reduce harm and safely transition individuals in crisis.

The role requires strong crisis intervention skills, ability to assess risks, maintain confidentiality, and work with diverse populations.

Competenze

• A minimum of one year's crisis intervention experience in 24/7 settings.
• Twenty hours of crisis intervention training within 90 days.
• No criminal convictions of child abuse or violent crimes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Confidentiality with diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Assess individuals in crisis and determine immediate needs.
• Identify natural supports or community resources to stabilize crises.
• Ensure safety of client, family, and community.
• Network with community agencies for coordinated care.
• Maintain client files meeting Medicaid and agency standards.
• Complete service documentation timely and efficiently.
• Adhere to clinical policies and charting guidelines.
• Sign treatment notes as required.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
