Child & Family Services in New Bedford, MA is seeking an Administrator On Call to lead Mobile Crisis Intervention operations, support clinicians, coordinate staffing, and ensure timely, coordinated crisis response across shifts.

This role requires a Master’s degree and licensure familiarity; it emphasizes supervision, data reporting, and collaboration with program leadership to maintain safe, effective services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be licensed LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrative lead for Mobile Crisis Intervention across all positions and shifts.
• Provide direction, support, and consultation to clinicians, support staff, supervisors, and other team members as needed.
• Coordinate staffing coverage based on program activity and client need.
• Support telephone screenings, consultations, intake processes, and disposition planning as needed.
• Ensure that health care coverage, documentation, required forms, and program procedures are completed in accordance with agency expectations.
