Job summary

Child & Family Services, Inc. is seeking an Administrator On Call to lead Mobile Crisis Intervention operations. You will provide operational support, guidance, and decision-making across shifts to ensure safe, timely, coordinated services for individuals in crisis.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Mental Health fields and licensure (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT). Schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00PM–11:00PM with a $1.50/hour shift differential, and compensation may vary by role and location.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrative point of contact for Mobile Crisis Intervention across all positions and shifts.
• Provide direction, support, and consultation to clinicians, staff, and leadership as needed.
• Coordinate staffing coverage, workflow, and assignment priorities based on activity and client need.
• Support screenings, intake, and disposition planning as program needs require.
• Ensure documentation and program procedures meet agency expectations.
