Job summary

BJC Behavioral Health is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor to oversee 12 Mobile Crisis Response staff during the evening hours (4pm–12:30am) in a hybrid role. You will support crisis referrals, assist with clinical decisions, and ensure documentation is completed.

As an administrator, you will guide staff and coordinate with community resources to ensure high-quality care. Required are a Master’s in Social Work and LCSW/LPC licensure, with 2–5 years in crisis leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• LCSW or LPC licensure.
• 2–5 years in crisis or behavioral health leadership.
• Strong crisis assessment and intervention skills.
• Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in high-risk situations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening MCR staff and provide guidance on crisis response.
• Ensure timely responses to crisis referrals and support clinical decision-making.
• Monitor staffing and coverage to align with operational goals.
• Oversee documentation and required workflows for the team.
• Partner with community resources to address patient treatment needs.
