Job summary

Child and Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician to provide on-site and community-based crisis response for adults, youth, and families, with the aim of stabilizing situations and preventing hospitalization.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and licensure eligibility for LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or LADC-I, plus experience with crisis services. Shifts include nights and weekends with differential pay; excellence in cultural competency and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
• Must be license eligible for LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LADC-I.
• Minimum one year experience in clinical role with adults and/or families.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site crisis intervention to stabilize individuals and reduce risk.
• Deliver brief solution-focused interventions and assess ongoing needs.
• Coordinate with providers, families, and community resources for referrals.
• Engage clients in safety planning and post-crisis follow-up when applicable.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and ongoing training.
