Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or related field is required or license-eligibility in LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LADC-I.
• Experience with adults, youth and families in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of Wraparound process and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site crisis response to reduce immediate risk.
• Conduct brief solution-focused interventions and post-crisis follow-up.
• Coordinate with families, providers, and community resources.
• Engage in safety planning and case management during and after crises.
