Job summary

BJC Behavioral Health is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor to lead the Mobile Crisis Response team. You will supervise 12 evening staff, guide clinical decision-making, and ensure timely responses to crisis referrals while maintaining proper documentation and workflows.

The role requires strong crisis assessment, leadership, and communication skills, with supervisory experience viewed as a strong plus. 2 days in office, 3 days remote, and evening hours apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of evening MCR staff and oversees coverage.
• Ensures appropriate and timely responses to crisis referrals.
• Assists staff with clinical decision-making, safety concerns, and high-risk cases.
• Monitors staffing and coverage for the evening shift.
• Ensures documentation and required workflows are completed.
