Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team in Arizona. This role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases to support telecommunications shelters, with travel across the state every four weeks.

The ideal candidate will have prior finish experience, read plans, and maintain high safety and workmanship standards. OSHA 10 certification is preferred, and local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong commitment to safety and workmanship.
• Willingness to travel across Arizona on a regular rotation.
• Experience as a Concrete Finisher (residential or commercial) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements.
