Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and CBRE policies. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4-5 years of related experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for modifications.
• Complete maintenance and repair records; operate company vehicles as needed.
• Explain complex information clearly to team members and clients.
