Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced HVAC Mobile Engineer to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems across multiple client locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

The role requires traveling between assigned client facilities, coordinating with vendors and facility management, and maintaining thorough service documentation. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• General building maintenance and repairs experience.
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and determine corrective action.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities.
• Ability to use computers and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and complete repairs to maintain reliable system operation.
• Travel between client facilities to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Complete work orders and service documentation in CMMS.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and facility teams as needed.
