Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Analyst to partner with multiple teams in Tennessee to translate business objectives into mobile requirements and actionable user stories.
You will document processes, define success metrics, and support cross-functional discovery sessions to shape innovative digital guest experiences. The role involves collaborating with UX, Product, and Mobile Development teams, supporting mobile features that boost guest
Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role supporting web, digital, customer experience, ecommerce, or enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UAT, and working with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile/Scrum certification, Product Owner certification, or related certification preferred but not required.
