Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a data and reporting professional to support inventory, distribution, and sales analytics from the Store Support Center in Lincoln.

You will generate reports on store on-hand quantities, DC inventory, transfers, and shipments, and deliver monthly analyses to senior leadership. The role also includes preparing standard monthly reports, ad-hoc analyses on demand, and calculating quarterly store bonuses in collaboration with Payroll and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to create and evaluate reports on inventory, distribution, sales, and labor.
• Experience producing monthly management reports, ad-hoc analyses, and recommendations.
• Familiarity with Retek data and financial reporting processes.

What You'll Do

• Creates reports related to all aspects of the retail inventory supply chain (store on-hand amounts, Distribution Center inventory, transfers, incoming Distribution Center shipments, etc.), retail sales, and retail labor.
• Provides monthly analysis to Senior Management and analyzes and evaluates Retek data and future needs for proper buying, analytical, and financial reporting purposes.
• Provide standard monthly reporting packages to Retail Regional Vice Presidents and Retail District Managers, as well as ad-hoc reports/analyses and recommendations upon request.
• Calculates quarterly store bonus payments to all retail managers and District Managers; provides payment information to Payroll and Accounting.
• Analyzes current bonus plan to previous plans as needed.
