Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a skilled maintenance technician to support 5-6 retail stores within a defined geographic area. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.

Responsibilities include inspections, timely service requests, documentation of activities, and collaboration with clients to ensure high-quality service. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or technical school training preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical and other building systems; HVAC experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed.
