Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to support a portfolio of retail locations, ensuring general facility maintenance, comfort, and brand standards. This hands-on role involves uptime in open-for-business facilities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and coordinating with site managers to minimize disruption for customers and employees. You will receive a company vehicle, tools, and devices to perform duties efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage completion.
