Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Mobile Building Engineer to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned properties. You will perform rounds, preventive maintenance, and repairs to HVAC, hydraulics, and controls, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, valid licenses as needed, and the ability to work on-site across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice/trade school preferred.
• Experience of 5+ years operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Appropriate trade licenses or permits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requirements of the buildings.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, cooling towers and air distribution systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment and control systems.
• Inspect and repair doors, ceilings, floors and lighting; perform general maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safe, clean operating environments.
