Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems across client properties in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes service excellence and reliable response to facilities needs.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, system testing, emergency response, and daily reporting. Candidates should have 4+ years in building engineering, with EPA 608 certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprenticeship or trade school preferred.
• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Operate and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and distribution equipment.
• Maintain inventory and stock for maintenance operations.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with after-hours activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and PPE usage.
