Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Austin, TX is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation to support daily operations of client buildings.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of technical building engineering experience, relevant licenses, and strong communication skills. Travel for emergencies may be required and safety standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprenticeship/trade school preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and building systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and grounds for client buildings.
• Inspect facilities, report on conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Maintain stock and inventory; support monthly reporting on building operations.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations; participate in emergencies as needed.
