Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer for on-site work in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to maximize efficiency and uptime.

You will perform preventive and repair tasks, study equipment for proper operation, and document activities. A valid driver's license and a strong HVAC/R background are required, with CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R focus.
• Experience with commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Maintains and troubleshoots HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Study equipment and safe operating procedures for daily tasks.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders and submit receipts; use CMMS for all work performed.
